Rita Andrade
Rita Andrade is from Porto, Portugal, where she studied Communication design, and recently completed a Masters in Social Design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. She is currently based in her hometown after spending two years in Vienna, followed by a three-month design internship in Tokyo.

Space of Waste
Space of Waste is a stop-motion portrait of trash rooms in Vienna. Frame by frame Rita Andrade, Lukas Lex and Elisabeth Utz dove into the topic of waste, looking at trash rooms as symbolic spaces, rich in intriguing social concepts. The tour starts with a screening and will afterwards explore some Viennese trash rooms, discussing the peculiarities and sharing our experiences of dealing with waste management.
