Planning: The Future of Space

Temporality – the question of the possible relations between past, present, and future – has always been inscribed in planning, both as a discipline of knowledge and as a field of action. How can we deal with the apparent discrepancies between long-term, large-scale planning projects and the necessity of reacting quickly to changes and challenges? What can a democratic, climate- and ressource-friendly way of engaging with urban space look like?
